On October 7, 2026, Kore.ai launched Autoloop, a production engine for AI agent optimization on its Artemis Agent Platform. The pitch is simple. You set the goals. Autoloop builds, measures, diagnoses, and repairs agents against those goals, then keeps looping after go-live.

That matters for agencies in India and the USA. Most client bots look fine in demos. They break when real traffic, tools, and handoffs show up. Manual transcript review does not scale across multi-agent paths.

I am Nitin from Debugged Pro. We help software and IT agencies ship agent systems with clear goals and audit trails. Below is a plain briefing on what Kore shipped, what SiliconANGLE confirmed, and how to test the idea on your next build.

Why AI Agent Optimization Broke After Launch

Most teams still fix agents the hard way. Someone reads a transcript. Someone guesses a prompt tweak. Someone redeploys and hopes the next call is cleaner.

That works for a single FAQ bot. It fails when you have specialized agents, custom tools, dynamic handoffs, and strict business rules. A fix on one path can quietly break another path that used to work.

Kore's Autoloop product post opens with a short address-change chat that looks perfect. The agent never verified the caller. There was no error line to catch. A reviewer would score the call green. The same flow from an impostor would look identical.

SiliconANGLE's independent write-up adds the vendor survey numbers agencies should not ignore. In the 2026 Kore.ai Agent Productivity Index, 79% of enterprises said they had reversed an action taken by an AI agent. 70% said they faced a failure their teams could not trace.

What Kore Autoloop Adds to AI Agent Optimization

Autoloop is not a chat wrapper. Kore describes it as the optimization engine inside Artemis. Teams configure goals. Autoloop builds the first agent and its tests from operating procedures. Production interactions then start new cycles.

A change is kept only after verification. If Autoloop cannot verify a change, Kore says it retries up to two times, then rolls back and holds the item for a person.

SiliconANGLE reports Autoloop is available now to all Artemis customers. Kore counts more than 500 Global 2000 organizations as customers. Treat those as company claims, not independent audits.

Seven goals instead of one score

Kore lists seven goal dimensions for Autoloop:

Task completion
Accuracy and grounding on the enterprise's own data
Business-rule adherence
Token and cost efficiency
End-user experience
Robustness
Guardrails and safety

Every proposed change is scored against the full set. Lower token spend cannot quietly weaken safety or completion. That multi-goal gate is the core product claim.

StateTrace and Agent Blueprint Language

Kore's StateTrace layer judges the full execution path. That includes handoffs, tool calls, and state changes across an agent network, not only the final reply text.

Agent Blueprint Language, or ABL, compiles routing, business rules, and guardrails into an executable state machine. Kore says each step in a trace maps back to a specific blueprint construct. Autoloop can then rewrite the piece that missed, instead of rewriting an entire prompt and guessing.

Prasanna Arikala, Kore's chief technology officer and chief product officer, put it this way in SiliconANGLE's report: you cannot optimize what you cannot see, or fix precisely what you cannot express precisely.

How the AI Agent Optimization Loop Runs

Kore's refill example shows why path-level diagnosis matters. Evaluate scores the path. Diagnose follows the turn across agents. Optimize maps each miss back to an ABL construct. Gate and re-verify check the change against all seven goals. Apply keeps only what passes.

In that story, identity verification and refill routing failed for different reasons on the same journey. A prompt patch would have been the wrong tool. Two precise blueprint edits were required, and both had to clear the full goal set.

Kore also states clear limits. Autoloop optimizes against the goals and tests it is given. Weak goals produce weak evidence. Some blockers need a new tool, new data, or a policy decision. People still resolve those.

Autopilot, Copilot, and Advisor

Agencies should care about control modes as much as model quality:

Autopilot applies changes that pass the gates
Copilot proposes changes for human approval
Advisor only recommends

Kore notes that users without apply permission stay in Advisor. For client programs that touch identity, payments, health data, or regulated advice, start in Copilot or Advisor. Save Autopilot for low-risk FAQ and content journeys after you trust the tests.

What SiliconANGLE Confirmed Beyond the Press Note

The SiliconANGLE Autoloop report matches the product story and adds operating color. Kore says about 6,500 commits a month to its own 2.6 million-line production codebase now come from AI agents under 68 always-on guardrails.

Founder and CEO Raj Koneru told SiliconANGLE that companies that scale AI will be the ones using AI to build, govern, and optimize AI. That line is marketing, but it matches the product thesis: optimization belongs in the same control layer that builds and governs the agent.

Read Kore as a vendor source. Read SiliconANGLE as a second news source. Do not treat either as a lab benchmark of Autoloop accuracy on your stack.

Agency Angle for India and USA Teams

If you sell agentic AI development or manage client copilots, Autoloop is a signal, not a mandate. Clients will ask how you improve agents after launch. "We read transcripts every Friday" is a weak answer in 2026.

You do not need Kore Artemis to adopt the pattern. You do need:

Written goals per journey, not vague "be helpful" prompts
Path-level traces for tools, handoffs, and state
A change gate that re-checks safety and completion together
Human approval rules for identity, money, and privacy edits
Cost budgets tied to the same scorecard as quality

Debugged Pro's software development consulting work with India and USA agencies usually starts there. Platform choice comes second. Goal design and audit design come first.

If you already monitor models in production, keep that layer. Our earlier note on AI agent monitoring with Goodfire-style probes covers inside-out checks. Autoloop-style optimization is adjacent: it tries to repair the failed construct after the miss is found.

Governance Fit With NIST AI RMF

Autonomous repair loops raise governance questions. Who approved the change? Which goal moved? What rolled back? Can you show that trail to a client or auditor?

Map the idea to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. Treat goals as measurable outcomes. Treat traces as evidence. Treat Autopilot as a higher-risk operating mode that needs stronger controls than Advisor.

For India teams serving BFSI, healthcare, or government clients, keep a human gate on policy and identity paths even if the vendor offers Autopilot. For USA teams under sector rules, the same rule applies. Speed is not a waiver.

Mode	Who applies the fix	Best first use for agencies
Advisor	Human only	Discovery pilots and regulated journeys
Copilot	Human after review	Most client production agents
Autopilot	System after gates	Low-risk FAQ paths with strong tests

Practical Checklist for Your Next Sprint

Use this as a one-week pilot, whether or not you buy Artemis:

Pick one journey with clear success criteria, such as order status or appointment booking.
Write seven scores even if you start with four: completion, grounding, rules, cost, UX, robustness, safety.
Log the path: tool calls, handoffs, and state, not only the final message.
Ban silent side effects: address changes, refunds, and data exports need verification steps that leave evidence.
Define approval classes: which Autoloop-style edits can auto-apply, which need a lead engineer.
Re-test the whole goal set after every fix. Reject any change that trades safety for cheaper tokens.
Show the client a weekly packet: goals moved, changes kept, changes rolled back, open blockers.

If a vendor demo cannot show path traces and multi-goal gates, treat "self-healing agents" as a slogan. Ask for the failure case where a cheap fix would have skipped identity checks.

Key Takeaways

AI agent optimization after go-live is now a product category, not a weekend prompt tweak.
Kore Autoloop ships on Artemis with goals, StateTrace, ABL-targeted fixes, and a validation gate.
Vendor Index stats claim 79% of enterprises reversed an agent action and 70% saw untraceable failures.
Autopilot, Copilot, and Advisor give agencies a control dial. Start strict on regulated paths.
India and USA agencies can copy the pattern even on non-Kore stacks: goals, traces, gates, approvals.

FAQ

Common questions from agency leads appear in the FAQ block on this page. The short version: Autoloop is live for Artemis customers as of October 7, 2026; it optimizes against configured goals; and human modes still matter for high-risk edits.
