How to create my foods in

To create your food follow these steps:
1. Simply choose a mirror food from which to take as a basis for copying. For example "Yogurt."
2. Edit it to adapt it to your food. Change:
Macronutrients (calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, and sugar)
Micronutrients: Normally this detailed information does not come on the label, so by copying from the mirror food you will have an approximation to the food you are creating.
